This is crisp, buttery, deeply caramelized toffee made in small batches with real butter and quality ingredients. Some batches stay classic. Others get finished with chocolate, coffee, nuts, or whatever flavor idea made a convincing argument.

We offer classic toffees most of the time and specialty flavors whenever inspiration strikes. If you see one that calls your name, grab it. It may not return until the next good idea finds its way into the pot.
